Music moment of the day
Today, I thought I would pay homage to pop music and none other than “The Voice”: Whitney Houston. I thought that I would have one of the queens of pop singing a gospel song since it’s Sunday. With an amazing range and limitless talent, she forged new and wide roads in film and music as well as production and philanthropy. Once considered “a Stradivarius among ordinary violins”, her voice is one of the most provocative instruments the music world and the world at large has ever heard. I listen to her now and in her prime, and it brings a tear to my eye; just a phenomenally pure gift and sound. Enough with all that waxing poetic, here she is singing “A Quiet Place”…
